To become an authorized recycler on AutosLinks, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Hold all necessary licenses and permits required by your jurisdiction
• Maintain valid insurance coverage for your operations
• Comply with all environmental regulations and laws
• Verify your business credentials and contact information

When participating in the AutosLinks platform:

• All bids submitted are binding and constitute a legal offer to purchase
• You must honor accepted bids and complete the transaction as agreed
• Payment must be made according to the agreed terms with the seller
• Vehicle pickup must be scheduled and completed within the agreed timeframe
• You are responsible for all towing and transportation costs unless otherwise specified

As a recycler, you agree to:

• Comply with all federal, provincial, and local environmental regulations
• Properly dispose of hazardous materials including fluids, batteries, and tires
• Maintain proper documentation of recycling and disposal activities
• Follow industry best practices for vehicle dismantling and recycling
• Report any environmental incidents or violations promptly

Recyclers must maintain professional standards including:

• Treating sellers with respect and professionalism
• Providing accurate and honest information about services
• Responding to inquiries and messages in a timely manner
• Honoring commitments and scheduled pickup times
• Maintaining clear and transparent communication

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying AutosLinks immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using strong passwords and following security best practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting false or fraudulent bids
• Manipulating or circumventing the bidding system
• Contacting sellers outside the platform to avoid fees
• Misrepresenting your business capabilities or credentials
• Engaging in any illegal activities or practices
• Harassing or threatening other users

AutosLinks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You receive multiple complaints from sellers
• You fail to maintain required licenses or insurance
• You fail to pay required fees
